MBTA
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) came to Boathouse for help with branding and communicating their $9.6-billion multi-year push to modernize their systems and improve public transit in Boston and the surrounding areas. Some examples of this included expanding bus service later into the night, which my art director and I worked on extensively, and communicating more transparently with passengers via “Report to Our Riders”, which I frequently wrote copy for.
